Session Two of the 26th Legislature runs January 19-April 18, 2010.

The 24 hour rule is now in effect.  Budget conferees are Rep. Hawker, Stoltze and Gara and Sen. Hoffman, Stedman and Thomas.  The House will chair the committee this year.

Due to the 24 hour rule, bills can be scheduled for hearings each day.  If you are interested in a specific bill, please check BASIS after 4pm each day to see if the bill is scheduled for a hearing the following day.

This is the last weekly Capitol Currents.  A final report will be available after session concludes.
