There are several ways to get involved with the Alaska Women's
Lobby:
Support the AWL
- Become a Friend of AWL - Donate $35 a year to
support our work and you're eligible for our Email Alert list.
We'll send you alerts about issues important to you and which
legislators we need to contact.
- Become a Supporter of AWL - Donate $100 a year
and you'll receive our famous Weekly Reports as well as the Email
Alerts. The weekly reports give you a concise picture of the legislative
week in review as it pertains to women, children and families.
- Have your business or organization become an
Organizational Supporter of AWL - For $250 a year you'll receive
our famous Weekly Reports, Email Alerts and you have the option
of having your web site or email address posted on our website.
Volunteer
AWL has fundraising activities all around the state to support
our lobbyist. Contact your local steering committee to get involved:
Southeast, Southcentral and Northern regions.
Learn about the issues and voice your concern.
On our web site, along with the Email Alerts, we'll also post sample
letters to the legislators who need to hear from us. Get your like-minded
friends and associates involved. Share email alerts and weekly reports
with them.
